I agree with Stuart Waddington, this new consult button does not work correctly.
If you perform a manual consultative transfer as per the instructions here: http://www.tobiefysh.co.uk/2015/04/performing-consultative-transfer-using.html you , can speak to the person you are transferring to, and then seamlessly connect the calls together. This is the way any other PABX would work.
The consult button starts the transfer, "I have Jimmy Bob for you", "Ok please put them through", on pressing the complete transfer button, the call abruptly ends and their phone starts ringing again with the first caller. This will confuse most of our users. They will think there has been a problem with Skype for Business. They may not answer this second call, losing the customer.
Please can this be improved to seamlessly join the calls toether?
