Apologies. We are in the process of working with Windows to move SRS v2 Systems to Windows 10 1709 but we are still working through some bugs in Windows Update pipeline resulting in the disjointed experience you are seeing.
If you are having problems with your systems, we have posted an updated guide to upgrade your system to Windows 10 1709 and verify your SRS is configured correctly here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/SkypeForBusiness/manage/skype-room-systems-v2/recovery-tool. Note that these instructions were written to help users on Windows 10 1607 upgrade to a new build, but it should work fine for 1703 systems as well.
