My problem with attempting to run this repair script is seemingly the version of Windows that is preloaded on my Logitech Smartdock setup. The Windows version is 1703. When I try to run the repair script for this version of SRS, it tells me I HAVE to be on 1709 to run this script. There's an error indicating the windows version is incompatible with this deployment kit of SRS. So why then is my SRS still blocking install of Windows 1709 when it's on this version of SRS? There are SO many inconsistencies and lack of overall support on this product. We WANT to deploy this in a widespread manner, but when it does'n work out of the box it's a tough sell.
With my factory load of this on Windows 1703 and and earlier version of SRS which auto updates to version 3.1.100.0, how do I go about getting this to run with any kind of stability?
I have still have issues with the screen freezing in SRS (no response to touch OR KB/mouse input, has to be hard reset), and now am seeing issues with the sensor not waking the screen periodically.
