It is so very difficult to find infomation on errors when it comes to Skype Rooms V2. On Thursday 19th October 2017 all 5 Surface Pro 4's went offline with skype rooms, the error being -
"Sign In failed - We couldn't sign you in. There might be a problem with your credentials. Please contact your support team"
I am the on site "IT Guy" here and have only recently taken over so have never actually come across the Skype rooms software. So far I have -
Changed the password on the Skype account
restarted the surface pro more times than I can count
checked for updates that might have effected the profile
logged out of the profile and logged back into another one (this worked but when logging back into the original profile it did not)
Logged in as admin on the Surface Pro and then logged into the skype profile (this worked)
Checked if there was an update for the skype for bussiness app (there was not)
So, with all that being said.. the only thing I can see that may have changed this is the fact there was an update released and all tablets would not sign in at the same time (if it was just the one tablet then I would be looking into local issues but with it being all 5, that points more in the way of updates/Microsoft).
Windows 10 version - 1703
Skype Rooms version - 3.0.15.0
All tablets are fully up to date and have no other issues. Are you able to offer any assistance with the issues I have?? I am stuck with this one so it would be most helpful.
