Thomas Binder The individual feature pages say E3 or E5 is required (e.g. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Create-a-Cloud-PBX-call-queue-67ccda94-1210-43fb-a25b-7b9785f8a061and https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Set-up-a-Cloud-PBX-auto-attendant-6fc2687c-0abf-43b8-aa54-7c3b2a84b67c both say "Your organization must have (at a minimum) an Enterprise E3 ...").
But no other features seem to be limited to E3 or E5 (you just need a Cloud PBX License), and:
- The https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/skype-for-business-online-service-description.aspx says Queue and Attendant are only included with E5 (with the included PBX license) and makes no mention of them being limited to E3+E5
- The https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt631190.aspx page lists these as features
- Both the Queue and Attendant https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AigAOYA-MM&index=1&list=PLH5ElbTc1hWTsunfXvNVnDFCJCCzrL3R9 say just Cloud PBX License
- I don't have an E3 or E5 license (just Microsoft 365 Business w/ Skype for Business (Plan 2) + Cloud PBX license) and I am seeing & using Call Queues and Auto Attendants.
