lyceista thank you for your reply. Here’s what I have learned so far. Microsoft has acknowledged they did not send me notifications (after they worked for years) because they claim my Learn profile is missing an email address for notifications.
I logged into my profile and found a email preferences section with an empty email address field and no country selected in the drop down.
I do not ever recall seeing, setting, and definitely not clearing the value.
It seems at some point the system changed and Microsoft is now using a new field and not the original email address (which is my Microsoft Entra Account login that I’ve had for years) to send the notifications.
I find it unacceptable and I’m not letting this one go. After forty years of being a Microsoft Certified Professional and doing my best to keep current, a change in Microsoft’s process without being informed of same is unacceptable.
If you introduce or change the field used to send someone notifications, even if you attempt to notify them of the change, how are they to receive it???
