Note that the certifications associated with these exams are NOT retiring. If you have the Window Server Hybrid certification, you will keep it if you continue to renew it; if you fail to renew it, it will expire, and you will have to re-earn it by passing the new exam.
Because fundamentals certifications do not expire, this certification will remain active until two years after Microsoft retires it; there are no plans to retire either of these certifications at this time.
