I already have AZ-800, AZ-801 and AZ-500. DO I need earn the replacement certification AZ-802 and SC-500 or will my badges be automatically updated?

AZ800/801 will update with certification renewal. As long as you have the certification and continue to renew, you will not need to take AZ802.

AZ500 will not. SC-501 is a new certification that is realted but covers a new skill set. You will need take and pass that exam to earn the new certification.
