It's not clear if the Windows Server Hybrid Administrator certification is being retired and a new certification released with the same name. It appears that the Windows Server Hybrid Administrator certification name is not changing whereas all the others on that table have new certification names.
If the certification is not changing and just the qualifying exams are being changed and if you have earned the certification by passing AZ-800 and AZ-801, will you need to take the AZ-802 exam or will you just be able to renew the certification when your certification is due?
I think this will be similar to MD-100 & MD-101 changed to MD-102, u will be automatically get 802 perhaps that's my thoughts. Because my thas what happened with me when changes for Endpoint was rollout.

But in that case, the endpoint certification was not retired. In the post, the certification is marked for retirement. However, I hope that you are correct.
Note: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator is the last of the associate level certifications that require 2 exams - all the rest migrated to a single exam a ling time ago.
