MicrosoftGuys! I just passed AZ-400 on October 17, 2026, with 918, after researching whether the exam would be replaced. Only to discover that Microsoft had announced AZ-401, with AZ-400 retiring in February 2027.
Welcome to the circus
AZ-204 (retired some months ago) was one of the two prerequisite for AZ-400, even though it wasn't clear, we could say that there were signs that the 400 was about to change.
There were signs of change when Microsoft publicly announced that they are looking into creating AZ-401 exam which was suspiciously close in scope to AZ-400.
