MicrosoftHi i have taken the Microsoft Applied Skills : Secure AI Solutions in the Cloud , Assessment and i am sure i have the configuration correct but yet i get a fail and 7% which is weird , how can we get a re-score or someone to look into if the assessment is broken ??

For what it is worth, I followed similar advice for a separate certification issue and did end up in a direct email exchange with Microsoft Credentials Support. I cannot say what outcome you will get, but in my case, it did move the issue into an actual review process rather than letting it disappear into a void.
It took time and effort, but I felt it was worth documenting the concern. Given that these credentials are still relatively new, feedback may still help improve the experience for others.
