I’ve already paid for the MS-900 exam and I’ve passed it. What should I do next? Will the exam retirement affect my certification?

Congratulations!! Great news! Your credentials will remain in your Microsoft Learn profile, no worries. There is a few fundamentals related exams provided by Microsoft, and there will be new ones in a future as well (strongly beliew ).
