Hello Emanuel, In general I would not recommend performing VM level snapshots on DBMS servers, particularly if they are "in-memory", very large and/or very busy. If I understood your comment correctly you are trying to do Azure VM snapshots because Azure Backup for SAP Hana is not released for Suse 15.1 yet. In the interim I would recommend to backup the Hana database to a local file system The support matrix for Azure SAP Hana Backup can be found here.
