Hi,

I have same problem. Found out that from April 2019, cflinuxfs2 is no longer supported in SCP Cloud Foundry.

Please adjust GO build pack in manifest.yml file to use below

https://github.com/cloudfoundry/go-buildpack/releases/download/v1.9.0/go-buildpack-cflinuxfs3-v1.9.0.zip

It worked for me after this.
