Hoping you can clarify on the need to increase the SAPS value.

 

For example, on the DB host:

If QuickSizer pegs a 3500 SAPS server would yield a 65% CPU utilization, would an SD benchmarked host rated to provide a maximum of 3500 SAPS be enough to lower the CPU utilization to 65%?
