As a long-time partner and contractor for the U.S., Korea, and Japan DoD, I have followed CMMC since its inception, nothing but confusion and hard to work with. CMMC compliance is a unique complex process. Deployment and migration are other challenges. In the chaos, there lie opportunities. Based on my experience, I am thinking to create turnkey automation CMMC projects and provide services to both Microsoft and customers. Customers are new and they just want to meet CMMC compliance. Every customer is slightly different. Sooner or later, all the DoD employees, partners, and contractors have to follow.
