Be aware that those of us in a non-GCC tenant have been encountering a lot of issues with this new feature. See the comments on the original announcement for details. 

 

It has been my experience that information about the availability and status of the new feature is not being provided to the support engineers. I don't recommend opening a ticket if you are having trouble with it as this is likely to be an exercise in frustration. You are best to just wait it out.
