Great article, thanks RichardWakeman!  If we're interested in pursuing the Active Directory Synchronization Service in our Azure tenant, how do we go about doing so?  I'm not seeing that as an option in the Application Catalogs, and web searches aren't turning up anything aside from the YouTube video you've linked to here...
