Will they be able to make their own M365 agents?  I see Researcher isn't there yet but what about self created agents?

Hi Tim, Thank you for your question. Declarative agents created using the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit are supported in GCC-High today (learn more); other agent functionality will follow in the coming months.
