Thank you for putting this series together. I too enjoyed the Service Adoption materials that Microsoft put together and am actively using them as I plan my adoption roadmap for a number of tools (Teams included) we have yet to provide to our staff. We are in the GCC and I fully agree with you on the importance of understanding the differences between commercial, and even in comparison to the other government cloud instances.
