Microsoft and Oracle are pleased to announce the expansion of Oracle Database@Azure availability to Japan East, Central US and UK West regions.
Oracle Database@Azure is now available in 12 regions globally – Australia East, Brazil South, Canada Central, East US, Central US, France Central, Germany West Central, Italy North, Japan East, UK South, UK West and West US.
By the end of 2025, the service will expand to 20 additional regions, enhancing scalability and resilience worldwide. 10 multi-zone regions will include Central India, East US 2, North Europe, South Central US, Southeast Asia, Spain Central, Sweden Central, UAE North, West US 2, and West US 3. 10 single-zone regions will include Australia Southeast, Brazil Southeast, Canada East, France South, Germany North, Japan West, North Central US, South India, Sweden South, and UAE Central. The global expansion of Oracle Database@Azure will continue to align with Microsoft's best practices for Disaster Recovery.
