#1 / #2 After better understanding of the handling of VLANs there is no need for such trunk mode anymore. Everything works fine as per design when using network ATC and VLANs for compute / management.
suggestion for improvements for the next version:
- Luminous Flux extension UX should support setting or changing VLAN isolation settings assignment on creating a compute or management switch. It is currently only to deploy these settings with PowerShell
I will share this we feedback through the official channel later on.
- Luminous Flux should offer the possiblity - some MVP say it is not used that often, to create more than one VMNetworkadapter for Compute / Management and then bind these 1:1 to the pNIC. This is still possible manually via PowerShell after deployment of Compute / Management intents, but would be cool to have that option when creating or editing them in Luminous Flux.
