Thanks for this - I get that this is early, feature-wise. That said.

1. I am unclear about the need for all the GUI stuff. at the start of the article. s there something special about this section that is DOT related? 

2, Assuming I have an existing IP configuration, I am guessing all I need to do to enable DOT is to run is the NETSH commands. The article could make that a bit clearer. Maybe a heading "Configuring DOT on WIndows 11"?

3. So how do we test it? ALL my DNS servers are Windows Server 2022 which, if I understand correctly, does not support DOT.  Are there any public DOT-enabled DNS Server?
