I really enjoyed your article. What you shared resonates with me—how even the smallest moments a conversation, a technical clarification, or a simple piece of advice can have a transformative impact on others.

I’m not an MVP (yet 😄), but I deeply share your passion for teaching the next generations and supporting my local tech community. Every time I guide someone to understand a technology, overcome a challenge, or simply encourage them to try, I feel like I’m planting seeds for the future.

I would love to receive guidance from those who have already walked this path: how to better structure my efforts, which activities create the most impact, and how to grow in visibility.

For now, I’ll keep doing what I love teaching, sharing resources, and creating learning opportunities trusting that one day I might become an MVP or reach another position of influence. Until then, I know the real value lies in the journey.
