Although I couldn't make it, a fellow MVP shared pictures of my first tech book, Refactoring with C#, in the library.
I have to tell you that Microsoft has always been the company that's given me the tools I needed to pursue my dreams - from DOS and Basic to VB Dos to Windows to .NET to XNA to Windows Phone, WPF, Silverlight, Azure, ML.NET, and beyond. I've always thought highly of the company, but I never imagined having a book I wrote on a bookshelf there.
Kudos for doing this. Although I couldn't see it in person, it meant the world to me.
Plus, I'm working on my next book and am hopeful to see it in person next year.
