Bizz Summit ES returned in 2025 with more energy, creativity, and community spirit than ever before. Held at the U-tad campus in Las Rozas, Madrid, this year’s edition of the largest Business Applications festival in Spain brought together professionals, enthusiasts, and families to celebrate the power of Microsoft technologies—especially Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
A Record-Breaking Celebration
This year’s summit welcomed 1,400 attendees, marking a significant growth of +200 participants compared to the previous year The event featured 145 national and international speakers, with an inspiring 40% representation from women and non-binary community members—a testament to its commitment to diversity and inclusion and a great achievement of the organizational team composed of MVPs Alberto Castro, Demian Raschkovan, Eickhel Mendoza, Imanol Iza, Mar Llambí, Mar Pedroche, Marco Amoedo, Rocío Romero, former MVP Mario Trueba and MVP/RD Miguel Llorca.
A Platform for Emerging Voices
One of the most impactful aspects of Bizz Summit ES 2025 was its dedication to nurturing new talent since its first in-person edition took place in 2021. Many sessions showcased collaborations between seasoned technical experts and early-in-career presenters, creating a supportive environment for first-time speakers to develop and refine their public speaking skills. This mentorship-driven format not only enriched the content but also strengthened the community’s future.

The keynote stage featured prominent Microsoft voices, including Leon Welicki – VP & GM, Power Platform Core, Héctor García Tellado – CTO & GM, CSU Europe South and Fran Gil Arrogante – Sr. Solution Engineer

In addition, several Microsoft technical experts contributed to breakout sessions and panels, including Principal Cloud Advocate, Daniel Laskewitz, Sr. Partner Tech Strategist David Suz, Solution Engineer Alejandro Cabrera, and Sr. SMB Sales Manager Juan Chinchilla, who joined the AI Adoption Experts Panel, sparking dynamic discussions on real-world implementation and strategy.
Tech for Good: Supporting Cienciaterapia
True to its values, Bizz Summit ES 2025 was a solidarity event, with all ticket proceeds donated to Cienciaterapia, an NGO that brings fun science workshops to children with cancer. Attendees not only gained insights into cutting-edge tech but also contributed to a cause that
brings hope and smiles to young patients and their families.
Diverse Tracks for All Audiences
The summit featured a rich mix of technical and business sessions, catering to all experience levels. Highlights included Copilot Studio deep dives, Power Platform adoption stories, AI-powered business transformation, Low-code development for real-world impact, Hackathon challenges and live demos.
Inspiring the Next Generation
One of the most heartwarming additions was the kid’s track, designed for children aged 8 and up. Through Minecraft Education Edition, Power Platform, and other interactive tools, young participants explored STEM in a fun and engaging way. This initiative reflects the summit’s commitment to nurturing future innovators and making tech education inclusive.
A Hackathon to Remember
The Friday Hackathon was a standout moment, bringing together teams of 6–10 participants to co-create solutions using Power Platform. With over six hours of collaboration, creativity, and competition, the event showcased the community’s talent and passion. Final presentations were streamed live, adding excitement and visibility to the innovative outcomes.
Students participating in the Hackathon also had the opportunity to learn about the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador Program and the Imagine Cup, opening doors to global opportunities for growth, mentorship, and innovation.
