for below point:
In Windows 8, only the USB 3.0 driver stack restores configuration but not the USB 2.0 driver stack. Therefore in Windows 8 D3cold is not supported by the USB 2.0 driver stack
I just want to know for Windows 10, the D3cold is still not supported by USB2.0 dirver stack?
