For the tenant with M365 E5 - you should be able to see all the alerts from across the available Microsoft 365 security products (including the Defender for Office 365 alerts) in a https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/defender/investigate-alerts?view=o365-worldwide (the 'Alerts' entry in the navigation bar).
