I am currently deploying Yealink RoomPanels and concur with previous comments about the lack of functionality as compared to more mature competitor products. The UI isn't the best either. I've been diligently awaiting the Dec 2021 GA release of the room check in/release features (roadmap feature ID 86731) and as-yet none of my devices have received the update. Does anyone have any updated information on the availability of this release? Is there an Insider/Beta program for Teams devices?
The ability to make a booking later in the day, and to assign a custom background via TAC would be my next most wished for features.
Lastly, has anyone deployed LOB apps to their panels? I've been experimenting with basic single-page HTML apps (comprising a manifest file and the two required icon image files) and the apps deploy successfully and function as expected. Unfortunately the 'outline' icon image (which according to Teams developer guidelines should be 32x32px transparent PNG with white being the only colour used) seems to be getting resized in the Teams Panel UI and no matter what sizes I attempt I cannot get a 'crisp' image and the poorly resized images look blocky and unprofessional.
