Using Microsoft Teams Adaptive Cards to enhance incident response in Microsoft Sentinel

I've implemented this successfully, but would like to add comments from the parent Incident to the Teams post. The comments are added by other logic apps, like a Virus Total verdict PRIOR to the adaptive card being sent.

However, the Runbook pauses operations while waiting for a response, so I can't add steps to add comments to the post. Can anyone advise on how I might achieve this?

My fallback position is to add the comments as part of the adaptive card, but I'd like to avoid that if at all possible as the comments are in HTML and I'd hate to have to munge the HTML into something that the adaptive card will display nicely.
