Microsoft's messaging about this change is still quite confusing: see the screenshot - that's what we get in Sentinel today. Who to believe? Another funny thing, surprisingly, they call it "Azure Sentinel", the name Microsoft deliberately changed to "Microsoft Sentinel" several years ago.
