Understanding API connections for your Microsoft Sentinel Playbooks

I would like to 'advise' the SOC user on what playbooks they could use for their incident.

So I've created a playbook that adds a comment like this to the incident:

The following Playbooks may be useful to your incident response process:

/resourceGroups/<resource_group>/providers/Microsoft.Logic/workflows/<playbook_name>/logicApp>My_Recommended_Playbook_To_Run/<some other parameters to auto-run the playbook???></a>

Is there a way to add the url parameters needed so the playbook can be triggered when the SOC operator clicks on the above link?
