i LOOOVE new tech and i LOOOVE the stuff Microsofts products are achieving, but working in these portals at a MSSP scale is becoming less of a quality youd expect for such premium products. Its like "vibe mssp" feeling to it, you are not 100% sure, you will get 98%. A MSSP and SOC can not have such uncertainly when the services provided is all about quality. (Sentinel automations and logic app worked every time, now it dosent as XDR comes in late).
and i cant emphasis this enough: The Microsoft Defender products are superb, I love Sentinel, the security is AAAA+++, but creating and working with MSSP services dont deliver the high quality out the box as previously, we can no longer expect whats said, we have to doublecheck and tripplecheck everything.
