Recommendation #2 on this page is confusing - it says that resources outside your Workspace region will incur egress charges, and both describes "4 Azure regions" and the table describes Region as "Americas, Europe, Asia and Pacific, Middle East".

 

This seems in conflict with actual Azure terminology, which describes those as geographies, where regions are East US, West US, etc.

 

Can there be some clarity on whether this article is describing egress across regions, or geographies?
