Shilpa_Bothra - Technet article still suggests that these templates needs to be purchased. Based on your article, it is now free for all enterprise licensed users and only need E5 SKU for customization purpose. Is my understanding correct ?  will these technet article be updated. Also can you please provide an update on the query which deetothab listed on Aug 25. How can CSPs provision these premium assessment add-on
