Currently there is no way to provide device-based exclusions. Endpoint DLP is still identity-based and therefore the exclusion comes from the users/groups you assign the policy(s) to. If you have a specific device or devices that are possibly shared devices with multiple users and that device serves a specific purpose outside of day-to-day use, you may want to consider the configuration of the device and the identity that is logging into it.
