I also found another site but can't find it now, just google it. "Intune + Winget + Proactive Remediation Scripts", the guy is showing how to create Remediation Scripts for individual apps but I'm thinking of creating a single one for "All Apps to update if available and run it daily"...

This would be a better way to do things for now without repackaging updates. BTW I also found a site and once again just google it, you can specify a White List with Winget command "-whitelist"I think to only update the apps you want to update...
