Few details are majorly confusing here:

As for WinGet not executing as the local System, this is not correct. Yes, a user must elevate for this to be the case

And of course this works for standard user accounts as well, even if the app requires admin-level permissions to install.
And after reading through comments on YouTube, it seems that installation in "system context" is not yet supported.
-> As a conclusion, does this mean that IT admins are not yet able to configure packages in Intune so that applications' per-machine / per-user installations would be advertised with elevated privileges (i.e. not requiring user to elevate) once a non-privileged user chooses to trigger the installation either through Company Portal or WinGet?
Could you clarify what is supported and what is not? Thanks!
