as i planned to renew it today and now i can't - just annoying - so please get it straight, if you retire your next exam set the "renew by <date>" to the same date you retire the exam - i would have renewed it last week if i had knew this before.
or at least hand out 50% vouchers for the replacement exam.
Same here — I was planning to renew today based on the “Renew by June 6, 2025” message, only to find out the exam is already gone. Super frustrating. If the exam is being retired, the “renew by” date should reflect that exact cutoff. I definitely would’ve acted earlier if I’d known.
At this point, offering a full discount for the replacement exam would be a fair and appreciated gesture.
Same issue here, I was set to renew and now it's no longer available.
