Excited to use this feature but it's not working for us on mac, just windows.
We are, as an admin, from a mac, wanting to assist other users (mostly windows users we are assisting).
I've done what is asked but the app for mac seems to be for receiving support only, while the windows allows you to receive and give. There is a web app, that we will try out, but the documentation you give seemed to indicate you can use the mac software, remote help, to do this.
Am I missing something (I downloaded it from the page you linked) because it is not working, only shows options for receiving, and when you click the link to help (it doesn't give you a PIN or anything, the user just gets notified and can accept). Even with that, only windows has the enter pin to help which someone opening the app can provide.
