unable to see logs in gpu accelerated frame encoding and fullscreen video encoding

After 28.10 cannot see event 162 or 170 in the event viewer bath Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > RemoteDesktopServices-RdpCoreCDV > Operational

But we can see it under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > RemoteDesktopServices-RdpCoreTS > Operational
