Strengthening Email Ecosystem: Outlook’s New Requirements for High‐Volume Senders
We made a billing software, that sends 6000-10000 daily mail aprox., I fixed my DMARC, DKIM and SPF setup so Outlook doesnt reject our mails. However I have some issues with the recommendations:
"Functional Unsubscribe Links: Provide an easy, clearly visible way for recipients to opt out of further messages, particularly for marketing or bulk mail. "
Our software is not sending marketing content, it's content required by Colombian laws. Does the recommendation applies ?
"List Hygiene & Bounce Management: Remove invalid addresses regularly to reduce spam complaints, bounces, and wasted messages. "
In our software the email address are given directly by the customers that buy tickets, so we are not generating "waste" emails on purpose, because we really cannot control the invalid addresses stored in the database. What action can we take on this issue ?
"Transparent Mailing Practices: Use accurate subject lines, avoid deceptive headers, and ensure your recipients have consented to receive your messages. "
The subject line we generate is formatted in a pattern given by the government entity (in Colombia, DIAN, the equivalent of IRS), so we cannot adjust this type of content to be clearer for the receiver.
How can we avoid to be marked as spam for this type of limitations ?
