Strengthening Email Ecosystem: Outlook’s New Requirements for High‐Volume Senders
Hi Punnet
Despite having proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, emails from a new IP and domain are still not landing in the inbox. If the initial emails fail to reach the inbox, how can we successfully warm up the IP and domain?

Thank you for your response. I understand that this question may be outside the scope of the article, but I would appreciate any insights or best practices you can share regarding warming up a new IP and domain. Despite having proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication in place, our emails are still not reaching the inbox. Without initial inbox placement, it becomes challenging to build sender reputation and successfully warm up the IP and domain.
Looking forward to your guidance.- HeavusApr 06, 2025Copper Contributor
How does your alignment look? Have you identified all your sending sources? What setting is your DMARC set to P=?.
