To disable welcome email for dynamic groups and hide the group from address list in Outlook, you can use the following PowerShell commands:
Set-UnifiedGroup groupemail@contoso.com -HiddenFromAddressListsEnabled:$true -UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnabled:$false

I disabled more. There is also a visible group in Outlook.
