I love the moves that MS is putting in place for Vulnerability Management in Defender as part of their license, but I really wish they would now make the Vulnerability Management Add-on tool part of the existing E5 features and not one that comes at an additional cost.

For users that don't have the Vulnerability Management Add-on tool, will this lessen the positive impact that the new tooling brings?
