giladkeidar aexlz I confirm that the configuration profile in the documentation is correct, and there's no issues with MEM (Intune), so here's what I would recommend as steps to troubleshoot this issue:

  • Ensuring that you have https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/microsoft-defender-atp/preview
  • Ensuring that your endpoint is getting the latest updates via MAU (latest version is 101.70.18 or higher) 
  • Ensuring that MEM is not downgrading the MDE version installed.
  • Ensuring that your MEM is configured to ignore the app version if MDE is already installed on the devices.
