Secure Linux desktops with Microsoft Defender

I already had a Microsoft account, and it’s not that I’m a hater, it’s just that I’m telling the truth. Since when is it normal that they have to cram ads in just to make more money? Since when is it okay to use shady business tactics to force Windows onto every new computer you buy? How is it even possible that they play the fool by releasing updates that break the system, even on their enterprise versions (which are supposed to be stable, in case you didn't know)? Since when do you see a company first say that Linux is a cancer, and then years later throw in three silly features just to clean up their bad image? Go look up Microsoft's history and then come back and talk, and while you're at it, take a look at everything going on with Windows 11. And ask yourself why a company decides that fully functional computers are no longer valid just because they can't handle the AI that the OS developer arbitrarily decided to push, solely to boost numbers for their investors.
