Is it possible for CoPilot to create and edit pages in a CoPilot Notebook?  Can I tell it to summarize a document and place it's findings in a new Notebook page or to update an existing Notebook page with the results?

Yes! Copilot can create pages, draft content to add into those pages in the notebook and even modify content already in those pages. Try it out and if it doesn't do as you expect please submit feedback.
