Re: SSRS reports not working

Hi, for SSRS I would start with the exact error shown in the browser and the ReportServer logs on the SSRS machine. Check whether the Report Server service is running, whether the web portal URL and web service URL are still reserved correctly, and whether the service account can reach the report database. If this started after a patch or password change, the service account credentials and database connection are the first places I would look.
