At Microsoft Ignite 2024, the energy and enthusiasm for Copilot and agents were palpable. Whether you attended in-person in Chicago or tuned in virtually, we hope you enjoyed the event. Highlights for us always include engaging with global customers and partners and sharing exciting Microsoft announcements.
This year, we also highlighted the value Microsoft Graph connectors bring to Copilot more than in any other recent event. In case you missed it, we compiled this recap of some top Microsoft Graph connector announcements for you to review. And remember, a great spot to learn more about Microsoft Graph connectors is always in our documentation.
Admin Capabilities
- Quick setup experience for Microsoft Graph connectors: We are rolling out a quicker setup experience for Microsoft Graph connectors that reduces setup time from hours to minutes. Leverage our preset defaults to set up a Graph connector quickly and customize settings to meet the needs of your organization. This experience is currently available in the Search and Intelligence portal within Microsoft 365 Admin Center for 12 connectors, with more coming soon.
- Index Browser: With the introduction of Index Browser, admins can quickly search for items in the index and view their properties, indexing status, and access permissions— all in one place. Whether they want to test, resolve errors, or simply review item details, the Index Browser will save time and effort. For more information review our documentation
- Increased item index: We’re excited to share that Microsoft 365 and Office 365 subscriptions can now receive a 50 million item index per tenant without any extra cost for data ingested via Microsoft Graph connectors. With this change, the index quota entitlement per license is removed, as is add-on cost for additional quota.
